Managiix
Hi ! I play on Switch, and I did a first test season with Lens (Ligue 2 - France). During my season, I struggled to manage training. I had a lot of injuries (long durations) during training sessions. When I arrived, I hired a physio with 17 in Physio to reduce the number and duration of injuries. I individually managed all the players' training, training them in the role they will have in tactics, and in particular training for some. All at normal intensity. To avoid injuries, I removed particular training and let them on the role they occupy in match. And I went down to half intensity... I solved the problem, but ultimately, I can't take advantage of the training system if I have to put everything to a minimum. Do you have any tips for training normally without getting too many injuries ? And one last question. These are the attributes of the assistant that are used to calculate the effectiveness of the training ? Does he play the role of all the coachs of a Classic FM ?
