Sending a player on holiday

Just wondering how long people send a player on holiday for when they have returned from an international competition, think i used to do a week on other games but is that too short.

If my physio recommends a week, I try to send the player(s) for 2 weeks, normally. Depends on the matches I have coming up though.

It depends how many games they played in international competitions, I normally send them on holiday for 3 or 4 weeks.

I just rest them from training for a week, nobody goes on holiday.

If I need them to play, I still pick them (or at least keep them on the bench). 

The only exception is during international breaks, when I send them off for a week, though first I make sure I can withdraw them from Intl duty if they are internationals.

I never send my players on holiday after an international game, i just rotate my squad and dont play them.

The only time i send players on holiday is when i get the message a player is jaded or tired, which never happens when youre rotating a 25 man squad.

If Im forced to play a player often because his replacement is injured and get the message, i send him on holiday 1 week more than the recommendation. Then hes fine for rest of season
