Put a couple of thousand hours into FM over the years, including over 1000 on FM20 which i am loving :) One of the things that could be improved is when the backroom team suggestions pop up listing 3 people to improve your backroom staff, if you could have the old staff member you are suggesting to replace pop up on the same screen with a rundown of the attributes they have and the new persons in comparison. There is a lot of screen changing and noting staff names, but this is really simple and easy and would save some time trying to compare whats happening.
