Setting up a II club in Germany

Hi everyone!

I started a save with VFL Bochum 1848 in Germany's Bundesliga 2.
The club does not have a II club from the start, so I asked my board to create one and they agreed with it.

In the club vision tab, on board requests, it shows a request for a II club as completed, but I can't find this club anywhere.

It's not in the dev. centre, it's not as an affiliate...anyone has any clue if this II club was created or not and how can I find it? Would this be a bug or I can't find it?
