AdaC
The current transfer targets system is useful but could be better presented and much more powerful. Currently you can have your director of football suggest targets and then designate a target list (optionally grouped how you wish) which your assistant or DoF will try to sign. Before a transfer window you receive several emails from the DoF/Chief Scouts on behalf of the scouts and analysts suggesting targets for the window. What I propose is that a few weeks before the transfer window you are invited to a meeting with your senior staff (DoF, Chief Scout, Loan Manager, Head of Youth Development, Assistant etc) where you can receive suggestions and decide on players and positions to target, set target lists and scout assignments. This would mean you would be able to have a clear transfer plan rather than the often gung-ho business that often ends up happening and can take into account promises to players to strengthen areas of the squad.
