Goals from the back post

I have only just started playing the game and notice that a large number of number of goals come from the back  post header. In 1 match which I won 5-1, 4 goals were all so identical . Not sure it is my tactics or it is the same for everybody?  FM 19 seems to have a better variety of  goals. 
As a result my IF and IW are top scorers of the team. My tactic is playing 3 at the back with  2 WB and 2 CM , 1 AF, 1IW and 1IF. The good thing is that this formation seems to work better in FM 20 than Fm 19  espcially how the WB move and are involved in the game.
Not sure it is my tactics or it is the same for everybody?
