Player values in minor leagues

I have been playing a few seasons in the Norwegian Premier, and the overall coefficients and league status has increased over the years. However, my star players are still being valued at ~3-4 million € max, while similar players are valued much higher in the Premier. 

Will player value increase as the league rating increases, or is this a set value and players from the Norwegian league will always be a bargain?

Player values are determined by your club and league reputation + player form plays some part as well. League rep I think is the biggest factor, so to answer your question - yes, when you inrease the league rating your player prices will go up with it.

Player values the lower leagues will rise in line with the league's reputation but it is a long process, so it will take some seasons for you to notice a marked difference.
