Let me explain better with a practical example, leipzig: they play with a 4231 in the non-possession phase and a sort of 352 in the possession one, is it possible to do it also on football manager? It could make the tactical aspect much deeper! Another aspect that can be improved are the transfers. The other teams never offer player swaps. Moreover, if you want to buy a player with the right (without obligation) to redeem just make the obligatory offer and do not offer any contract to the player. Could it be a bug?
