How do i change a nations rules getting to many suspensions with yellow cards

In Sweden once a player has rescived 3 yellow cards they get suspended for 1 game and i always end up having half my team suspended way to often. 

 

I have been looking into FM editor but i have no ide how to do it can someone please guide me how to edit the suspension rules in a nation aka Sweden.

As luck would have it, I stumbled across this by accident.

Database > Nations > Sweden

Then in the menu bar up top, Rules > Add Nation Rules > Discipline

Then edit the yellow card "sequence". I find that "6, 12, 18" is nice and unrestrictive.

Looks like the default for Sweden is "2,3,4" meaning that, in fact, it's a ban after 2 yellows, then a ban for every yellow after that. I can imagine that being a nightmare.
