Emergo
Hi everyone, I built a custom competition in Micronesia to play with teams that are drafted in a competition in Discord. I built a custom script that exported all the transfers for this competition to an xml file so that I would not have to manually transfer more than 900 players to the respective teams (of which we have 40). The competition consists of 40 teams divided in 2 equal groups of 20. After 38 regular matches, the top 8 of both competitions qualify for the play-off finals. Yesterday I implemented an advanced rule change for squad registration, as managers were unable to register the players for some reason (this might be due to the transfers coming from the xml file). I now added a squad registration date range that works well, but suddenly all managers leave their respective team, all at the same date: 18 June 2019. It seems to be a mutual agreement to leave the team, but I have no idea why this is happening. Before I added the squad registration date range, this did not happen. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I can always place them back with an in-game editor, but I would prefer to prevent this issue pre-game. The .fmf file for the competition and .xml file for the transfers are attached. Thanks! EDIT: After some tests it seems that 18 June is the squad selection day - why do all the managers leave when they have to select their squad? EDIT2: Issue resolved, apparently the managers were not able to set the squad selection due to the options I had chosen, so they opted to leave the club instead so the game could continue. I removed all the squad selection rules and did them again and now everything works splendidly. I have removed the attachments.
