In reality a lot of team linesup, attack(in possesion), and defense(out of possesion) with different formation, even they have different formation during transition when building up from the back and when arriving to the final third. This would be a great feature. 2. Custom player role/ no role. It would be great if we players could decide how the player behave and play like what we desire, a player without any specific role and custom instruction in any position will be great for the tactical aspect of the game. 3. ME improvement. We believe you guys could make a better ME. in FM21 we really expect the main problem of ME in FM20 such as bad shooting/crossing angle, bad player desicion at the final third and any other problem to be solved, you guys must learn from FM20. I am a big fan of football and football manager, FM20 is a great game but needs a lot of improvement. Wish you all the best for FM21.
