FMT Assistant Manager Coaching

Does the coaching attributes of the assistant matter in fmt20 ?

In old Fmt threads i read that in Fm touch coaching attributes don't have anny influence on training.
Only club rep, facilities and match experience is know to help.

Is this true? i assumed it was the assistent who handled the training, as it is his responisbillitie.
Would like to know, question was asked before but nobody really knows...

Yes they matter, and there are some attributes more important than others.

JPA and JPP are important to give a good team report.

Determination, motivating, Level of discipline and tackical knowledge are important if you let him take control of games (instant result).

Mental
Tactical

Those, i don't know, because training in FMT is something that it's done hunder the hood.

I imagine that by having good attributes it might help a little, but probably the star quality of your training, in FMT, is something automatic that is set depending on your team reputation and the quality of you facilities.
