Player unhappy no matter what

Andrija Zivkovic is unhappy in my current SLB save, he is unhappy with training overall and thinks he should be doing more strength training. Now, that's fine by me, but when I comply with his wishes he want's more quickness training

I've tried swapping the role he trains for to try and accommodate for both wiches, but nope, he's still grumpy.

Any advise, or just sell him?

Some guys whinge: it's what they do.

I've had the same guy complain for yeeeeeears, yet whenever I check his training rating is good.

As long as their training rating is good, their happiness/morale is good overall, you see progression, and they are playing well in matches, ignore the whingers.

Turns out I upped the intensity (was on automatic) of his training, and poof, all his whining gone...
