Firstly; It can be an interesting innovation to introduce the feature of performing training on the field to make the managerial experience more realistic. This can be very helpful to see if player groups or personally a player are cabaple of doing things what i want from them before playing matches. The second thing is setting a separate tempo for some players with tempo option on PI except tempo TI. This can add more realism to it.
