1024 team straight knockout cup?

Hi all,

I've gone back to editing FM2018 after a couple of years and wanted to create a straight knockout 1024/512/256/128/64 etc... cup. I edited the XML file so it would allow more than 500 teams and more than 300 games in a round but now when I load the game the first round that is supposed to be in July is scheduled for November and is follow by QF/SF/Final only.

I tried splitting the first three rounds so there was less than 300 games in each round but this ended with the same result.

Any ideas how I can get this to work?
