Every season and when you join the club he gives you a minimum of 5 Club Visions, all of them desired ( 5/5 bars) by your chairman. They can be ANY and EVERYTHING. To keep your job you have to complete 3 ( maybe 4) of them. He could also give you funds or take them away at any time. Obv Club Visions will randomise every season :P Is it mad? yes.
