metal_guitarist
It's quite common when a professional team loans a player out to a semi-pro team that the player continues to train with his parent club during the week as well as attending evening trainings with the loan club - see Jacob Carney's loan from Man Utd to Brighouse as an example. It would be good to have this as an option, particularly as the clubs below National League North/South are inactive in-game. That way the player still gets the development benefits of training with better facilities/coaches as well as the match practice in games for the loan club.
ashwa08
This would be especially useful when loaning to a club near by, such as wolves and Walsall.
