FM21 Dev question regarding human manager's managing "A" and "B" teams

can you confirm whether or not having two human managers managing an A AND B team has been fixed in FM21?

in FM20 this was a nightmare with several things (basically everything) not working (and yes i supplied a fresh save to show this problem in December last year so it wasn't caused by a patch)... The "A" team manager being unable to select the "B" team manager as looking after ANY "B" team responsibilities(although the "B" teams coaches and Asst managers could be selected).. B team tactics would reset to a B team coaches tactical style whenever continuing the game (442 in my case).. even setting the "A" team manager as responsible would throw up an error saying "you need to select a goalkeeper" when one was selected on the team submission page..
