Allow us to pick the nationality and stats we want the technical director to bring in or improve the technical directors judgement of staff as they often bring in poor staff who wouldn't be good enough in league one in England. Same with director of football so many clubs use them but if you use them at Real Madrid to sign your players then you will be signing league Two standard players which wouldn't happen in real life. Also have the game brief the director of football on the club vision if the club wants to sign top players have him find top players if the clubs vision is to go through the youth route have him look for youth with potental I understand this could be exploited if they always get it right but at the moment they never get it right. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
