I see a "Add manager" button at the upper right corner but I never been able to do this on my own. Stupid question maybe

Rubentus_Juventus
Lyes Houri people. I have found the bargain of FM21. Edited November 11, 2020 by Rubentus_Juventus
fidelitywars
Few that i've noticed look good signings for mid-range in bigger leagues below (most were good in FM20 but seem to have had bumps): Leonidas Stergiou - great pace for a centre back and very well-rounded for his age, though not the most dominant aerially: Compatriot Omeragic looks similarly well-developed for his age: Unsurprisingly, runaway Norwegian champions Bodo/Glimt look good - Bjorkan and Berg were both great value in FM20 and seem better now, even if their talents to see them both widely sought-after by big clubs at the start of the game: Zaper too was decent previously and looks better, fairly solid creative midfielder who shouldn't cost too much: Lastly, a couple of very promising looking South Americans - Ugarte again was a prospect in FM20 and Palavecino looks class:
fidelitywars
Now for a few teenagers who look like they've got potential for top clubs: Yusuf Demir is one of the best teenagers footballers in world football IRL, something that looks to be reflected here: The ever-reliable Dinamo academy seems to have a left-footed gem on the verge of breakthrough in Saranic: Ali Akman is scoring goals in Turkey's second tier and looks a prospect in-game too: Danish/Nigerian Chukwuani looks a talent: Maybe not with the same potential as others but Peruvian playmaker Celi has quality technical attributes but needs to develop some pretty raw mental ones:
fidelitywars
Another in the Celi bracket - outstanding technically for his age but work to do elsewhere. Is a first team regular at 16 IRL so could well have big potential:
michalgottwald
As mentioned, Bodø/Glimt look great! In addition to Berg and Bjørkan check out Philip Zinckernagel on an expiring contract and ball playing defender Marius Lode. Seems to be a number of good talents in Norway this year - in my first save (as Bodø/Glimt) I went for Osame Sahraoui as a JP Hauge replacement to compliment their excellent squad - exciting but unpolished dribbler who plays for Vålerenga. Very excited to see how good he can become. Also trying to sign Sivert Mannsverk from Sogndal, who is one of the most sought after talents in the country irl. Yeah, real golden generation coming through in Norway! Mannsverk on my list to check - teenage captain with interest from Ajax; thought he may have been 'Kristoffer Ajer in FM15' level good! Alas, not quite but does look a prospect. Really like the look of Tromso's Runar Norheim too. Oh and this lad. Outstanding for 17!

The Odd researcher has gone a little bit bananas in my opinion - their squad looks great too. Josh Kitolano excellent for an 18 year old and with huge potential - and the little bit older but still young players Selvik, Bjørtuft and Kaasa also really strong for the level they're playing at. This on top of their older, established players, who certainly hasn't been UNDER-rated, and you have a team that looks like it should be challenging for the title in Norway every save. But I guess it's all been tested...

ajt
Focusing mainly on free transfers/very cheap players, I'm Kaiserslautern in Bundesliga 2, sorry that I didn't take the screenshots straight away with their base attributes: Goalkeeper I've just picked up from Esbjerg in 2022 for £79k left back I picked up on a free at the start of the game, played in 3 Liga for me and is still good for Bundesliga 2 Free transfer I got in 2021, scored 23 goals for his old team in Liga 3 and 18 goals in Bundesliga 2 for me last season Picked him up on a free from Juventus in 2021 and he played well Free transfer from Real Madrid in 2021, lots of potential and I already start him in the first team last season about to sign this bloke in 2022, looks like a really solid CD despite his poor acceleration. Looks like he could really grow into something special. _____ this time a couple of players in my St Etienne save Signed him this year (2024) from Austria Wien for £14 million. He is currently carrying my very average team playing as AF in a 4-4-2. In fact it isn't even a great tactic for him as we play cautious too so he has to be very clinical with his chances. £8 million from Banik Ostrava, "very consistent" and is still young enough to maybe improve a bit. is comfortable playing many of the MC positions. Yeah Dobson was the only player that stayed with me on my rise to the Premier last year, he was worth 14mil at one point Once I started to bring in some better quality players he dropped down the pecking order though and had to let him go for 6mil. jeeshan2000
In FM2020, I used to always sign Naci Unuvar and Nicolo Armini immedeately at the beginning of any save. Both were very cheap, you could spread payments in 4 years for abt 1-1.2 Mill Pounds. Are there any signings like that in FM2021?

StePratt
Two players I've managed to pick up on free transfers in the first window as League Two side Salford. Stephen Ireland needs no introduction, former Man City midfielder. Great playmaker at this level. Corentin Fiore, versatile Belgian left back, capped at Under 21 level, 25 years old. Hopeful he can do a job as we move through the leagues. Looks a real solid full back.
GC.Management DayJay2k MCMLXXXIV
In the past years i always tried to get some African guys. Ivory coast or south Africa were goldmines. This year i will try to have a better overview at the German market. Lets start with: (3rd league) Patrick Finger - 01/01/2001 (Central Midfielder) Tom Gaal - 03/03/2001 (Central Defense) Benjika Caciel - 11/06/2001 (Forward) They need to improve a bit, but with a little bit of patience, maybe they will survive the next "cut". samdiatmh
DL - N Varela - plays for Beleneses SAD in Portugal - can be had for 700k, with 7k pw wagesST AMRL - D Vergara - a Colombian playing for America Cali - a bid was accepted of 1.6m, but I played hard-ball on the contract and he turned it down - looks a solid option though DC - J C Tomar - plays for Talleres in Argentina, and was wanted by Leeds in my save - can be had for 2.2m, and agreed a 20k per week contract- ST - Alex Pato - is unattached at the start of the game, and can be had for approx 30k pw wages Gets a WP playing in England too - wouldn't rely on him to lead your line, but probably a capable backup DL - M Pereira - plays for CEC in Brazil (I think it might be Cruzeiro based on wikipedia), and can be had for 2.5m with 2.5k pw wages - another solid option for a rotation Prem level option - gets the WP on appeal Edited November 16, 2020 by samdiatmh added screenshots
