scarp
November 2033 We lose to Queen's Park in SPFL but then we absolutely smashed them in league with two hattricks from Ethan Rae & Ross Rae. Unfortunately they are not brothers
scarp
December 2033 Great results in December, only issue is Ross Rae not scoring goals and then getting injured for 5 weeks. I always liked Hearts ever since Rudi Skácel played for them.. Youth preview
scarp
January 2034 We had a tough schedule in January. And it showed. We played really well against Dundee Utd and managed to beat Hamilton at home to stay on 4th place. Edited November 18, 2020 by scarp
scarp
February 2034 Great results in February and we are now close to play-offs! Great. Just great. 28k is nothing, it won't pay even for one month of our youth setup. I could not even protest the transfer. scarp
March 2034 Some decent results! We are now seven points ahead of 5th Partick Thistle with five games to go. Youth intake Absolutely fantastic intake! Some of these personalities are not the best but there is so many great players! scarp
April 2034 We had a drop in form but eventually turned it around and managed to finish third! Edited November 18, 2020 by scarp

scarp
@abulezz I really hate playing against Inverness! And Queen's Park!
scarp
Season 2033/34 We had a great season, our best so far! We got eliminated in play-offs first round eventually but I hope for us to come stronger next year. We had a fabulous intake. Board sold my key played for 28k which stings a lot but there are some great prospects in latest intake ready to replace him. This might be the last season for Stephen as number one - Fox looks a great prospect and he may replace him next season. Ross Rae and Redfern want to leave but I have no intention of letting them, anyway the transfer fees are so low I can just stick to the contract and let them leave on Bosman. Third place really helped our finances as we got 200k more than usually. Ironically, after our best season yet we have no upgrades to facilities, status or academy coaching. Transfers | Youth in-take Key players: Jamie Stephen, Ross Rae & Millar Gamble Youth watch: Derek Evans, Taylor Foulds & Steven Erskine Sold players progress: Spoiler Decided to add a little table here where I will show the progress of the players I sell. YI personality shows the personality of the player in the day of intake and Personality shows his personality before he left us. YI Pos. shows his ranked position in the intake day based on PA (by assman). Matches & Goals are for Brora Rangers. scarp
July 2034 We played very well in Betfred Cup but Dundee was still a better team. We also beat Bolton in preseason!
scarp
August 2034 Pretty good start to the new season! McCall's form is really impressive considering it's his first season in first team.

Feddo
Loving this thread! Do you have a plan to get the professional status?
scarp
@Feddo Thank you very much! I think i will not upgrade facilities for a while and try to stock up some money, hopefully eventually we will have enough. I have little experience with semi-professional clubs so I am not sure how much I need Or perhaps a surprise promotion could do the trick.
scarp
November 2034 The break we have because of lost cup games (and automatic promotion to 4th Rd in Scottish Cup) means we will hopefully have all our players ready and fresh in December. scarp
December 2034 Good results considering how busy the schedule was. Intake preview Some good CBs pretty please! Yeah, I will have to let him go for free.
scarp
January 2035 I really hate the rescheduling in Scotland, it makes January so difficult. We advance to Scottish Cup 5th round and in league we are now in third place. 2nd to 5th place is very, very even. We can beat them!

scarp
February 2035 Losing Redfern took its toll on us in early February but the team managed to turn the thingd around for the following games and we advanced do Scottish Cup quarterfinals where we will face Hearts. In league we are third, five points above St. Johnstone but they have one game in hand. Edited November 18, 2020 by scarp
scarp
March 2035 Quite terrible month for us. Can we bounce back? Youth in-take Another great intake! Some different nationalities also. Mostly good personalities. Some of them will go straight into first team (as always)
scarp
April 2035 I am happy with the fourth place considering Redfern's departure.
scarp
May 2035 This time we beat Arbroath but St. Johnstone was still too good for us! We could not even score once against them. I believe with Redfern we could actually promote up.
scarp
Season 2034/35 Another pretty good season for us, this time we lost in play-offs second round. We had to sell our biggest talent Redfern for some pocket money (thanks board), with him I believe we could have been promoted. Another great intake. McCall came out of nowhere and became one of our best players this season and we also finally made the swap on goalie position where Fox replaced Stephen near the end of the season. Nathan Bell did not want to renew the contract with us so he will be let go for free. Board still does not want us to become professional so instead I upgraded some youth setup. I do not want to upgrade facilities before we turn professional. Hopefully I will not regret the latest updates and the costs won't be too much. Transfers | Youth in-take Key players: Iain McCall, Ross Rae & Gerard Fox Youth Watch: James Miller, Mike Fyffe & Clive Rooney-Wickenden Academy graduates careers: Spoiler Added some columns.
abulezz
McCall is definitely one of those overachieving types - you don't know quite how, but he plays way beyond his attributes.

ajt
Damn that McCall's finishing attribute sure is meaningless Unlucky not getting promoted! I can imagine it is a big jump to the Premiership. Nice to see that you got your youth intake stuff upgraded too.
DaneBramage
Some good gradual improvements going on here, that persistence is bound to pay off with promotion soon, I reckon this one will be your year.

scarp
@ajt @DaneBramage @andychar Thank you guys! The youth setup upgrade might not be the best move as now it's projected to cost 1.5mil per year and I am not sure how we won't finish in red with that Unfortunately we don't really have a right midfielder with Redfern gone so I am not sure about the promotion this year. scarp
July 2035 We will not be advancing from Betfred Cup groups this year. Even though we somehow finished 2nd.

scarp
August 2035 Best ever start to the league I believe. Can we keep it up?
scarp
I am stacked with attackers.. I really am. Not that I would like to complain but.. at the same time we have no right midfielder whatsoever. So these are our two starting attackers who just score many, many goals. Then we've got Ethan Rae who plays as AMC for us but can do well as a striker too. And then the last two first team attackers.. I am trying to play Miller in midfield though. .. now lets move to reserves..

Feddo
What a start! Would be interesting to see if you go pro when you promote. A semi-pro team in the premier league would be something else
scarp
@Feddo Hopefully I would but I am not sure. By my projections I'll end up around -700k before end of the season so around 0 balance after I get the prize money. If I don't go up I will surely cut back academy setup. scarp
January 2036 Very tough schedule saw us dropping points we would not drop otherwise and also lose to St. Johnstone in 4th round of Scottish Cup.

scarp
March 2036 Fantastic set of games and we are promoted as champions with one month to go! Youth intake To be honest I was expecting a better intake.

scarp
Season 2035/36 So most importantly.. We win the league! And it was not even close! We were first from the first match of the league and never really let anyone else take the spot. And another, perhaps even a bit more important thing - WE ARE TURNING PROFESSIONAL! Fantastic season all in all although we played pretty bad in cups. We were really lacking a right midfielder (and we still are) so that will be the huge issue in Premiership. Lets see if we can keep the team the same. No upgrades because I wanna see the impact of us turning pro on finances first and also because our youth setup cost us way too much already. This year's intake was kinda meh, I expected more but Sean Wilson will hopefully become our Roy Keane in the future. Transfers | Youth in-take Key players: Iain McCall, Ross Rae & Ethan Rae Youth watch: Sean Wilson, Ross Love & Finn Groat Academy graduates progress: Spoiler Changes are highlighted now.
