Keep job adverts open if hiring multiple staff members for the same role, i.e. scouts

Not a bug but more of a suggestion, though not sure if it's something that can be added in this game. I usually hire multiple staff members at once, especially when it comes to scouts. For example I've just hired a couple of scouts and want to get one or two more, but as soon the first scout's contract is confirmed, the job advert is closed. Would you consider giving us an option to keep the advert open so we can continue to see applicants for the same role?

"continue advert" or "stop advert".. should be easy enough I would have thought... should be there tho
