Does anyone know what the story is with Fiete Arp?

I'm doing my beta save with Bayern and I've noticed that Arp is not allowed to play competitive football for one season. Does anyone know the story behind this? Tried searching online but can't find anything.

This was adressed in the german data issues thread. The researches imposed a ban on him for a year, because he allegedly "decided" he won´t play for the Bayern senior time this season...

("the system is not working correct" sounds like another way of saying "we messed up"  )

Good thing is: The researchers reacted to their mistake and seem to have reverted this.
