None of my players want to join my affiliate club

I play with Ajax and I have like a lot of players in my youth team, but when I try to loan them out to my affiliates none of them want to go. 

My affiliates are Istanbullspor in the first league of turkey and some random German team in the regional division. 

Even the bad ones do not want to go, I could understand if it was a language issue, but I am sending like 7 of them. Wouldn't that cancel it out?

This may be due to many factors, but it could be that the players may not want to drop down to a lower playing level.

Considering that Jong Ajax play in the second division, leaving to go on loan to those teams would result in significant drop in playing level.

I think first league of Turkey is a higher quality then warming the bench in the second division of the Netherlands but it could be indeed

If you think this is a serious issue please by all means indicate the names of some of the players and I'll look into it ...
