Midi is minimum plus the ability to suggest or pick the starting team. Maximum is the option to fully control reserve games Rationale is that as a manager I want my reserve team to be a proper breeding ground for a competitive first team where I can hone my youth players into my system. As a user the option to do this adds an extra layer of immersion for some of my careers. Dead keen to get this regarded a priority so have a set out as clear as possible!
