Herolover
So, I am early in my second season with my team. My young STC hasn't been scoring and hasn't really been playing well. My star Inverted Winger that should be playing great is also not playing well. So, I go in and discuss with them and criticize their performances. Also, during the pre-match locker room briefing I single out the STC, point my finger and tell him that I expect a good performance. The Result: STC gets a hat-trick within the first 35 minutes and the Inverted Winger gets a goal and a 7.0+ rating. Is it coincidence?
JordanMilly
Nope, properly man-managing players can have a solid impact on their play. If you've given them a bollocking and told them to do better, with the right personality they'll take that to heart.
