tkis Posted December 2, 2020 Share Posted December 2, 2020 (edited) I suppose most of the players (including me) want to simply pick their favourite team and play it instead of starting as a no-name manager who builds their career. I know there's an option to set the international experience and coaching license which removes the aspect of players not respecting you but it's still a big blow to the realism of the game that out of thin air there's some new guy who takes over one of the top teams - especially if you're replacing a manager that does very well atm (like Klopp or Flick).
