save game required Contract offer: Person#2 and Person#3 instead of names

While offering contract to non-my team player, in his agent reaction there are no names(my, the player's), instead of them the userface shows "person#2" and "person#3"

as shown in attached print screen

Just had something similar. Went to give a player a new contract at the end of the season and got this.
