Which country has the highest chance of creating a player with second nation as Canada?

So I am going to try to do a save in Canada using only Canadian or French players, what country has the highest chance of people being Canadian as a second nationality? For example with Ivory Coast and French, or Suriname and the Netherlands.

If you want more Canadian players to pop up then (presuming its feasible) take over their national side as that will cause more players from that nationality to be generated.

PS - I'd have thought that the US league would be the most influential simply because there are 3 canadian teams in the MLS.

Yeah, I was thinking USA too. I also loaded France and England to be sure.

My best guess would be Germany purely because of Alphonso Davies having gone there at a young age (and not the first Canadian based player to do so - e.g. Owen Hargreaves).
