[Discussion] A way to make the managers wage/ career earnings more important.

Unless I’ve missed something the wage and career earnings is nothing but a number. It would be interesting to make the wage more important as it would then be a factor when choosing/leaving a job. 
 

I was thinking maybe the wage could be used for coaching badges if the club refuses to pay. Or potentially the wage affects the outfit that you begin with and your character can improve.
