The way it is now, the DoF/TD will always offer them renewal when they are running out (often several times, even after you withdraw the contract offer they will offer them a new one a week later!). If I have a scout that I picked up some time ago when no better options were available, I don't need to keep those on long contracts and high wages. The DoF/TD will often offer them well paid contracts for a long time, therefore if I want to fire this person later, I will end up paying hefty contract termiantion fee. I want to be able to instruct the DoF/TD to be able to let the coach/medic/scout run out of their contract as I can instruct them not to renew contracts of players.
