FM21T PC: Is it possible to run fullscreen lower than native resolution?

On my 1920x1080 laptop I ran FM20 (game pass) at 1366x768 fullscreen without problem. FM21T on the same laptop only gives me fullscreen 1920x1080 and windowed to chose from. Is this as designed for FM21T, or possibly something that could change if I play around with drivers or DPI settings or whatever?

Edit: must say I'm pretty pleased with the performance at 1080p though. The reason for lowering resolution would mainly be to increase other graphical settings which should make for a better looking game overall on my laptop.
