Samelders Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 When a manager get sacked, sometimes a caretaker manager takes over (the Assistent for example). Sometimes he gets the chance to prove himself and becomes the manager, but in most cases another manager gets hired after a short period of time. In real life in almost all cases the caretaker manager will get back to his old job (ass. man). In FM though he gets fired.. I dont think thats the way to go.
