FmTouch PC iPad cross sync

Hi,

 I play the game on iPad, but feel the db is way to small. Thiago Almada is not included when I start a game, with PL, Bundesliga and Serie A, which is quite annoying. 
 

I know that I am limited to only three leagues started on a pc game if I am to cross sync, but wonder if I would be able to choose a larger db on a pc game, and still open it on the iPad. Anyone ever tried this?

I read a post here somewhere recently of someone doing that exact thing with an ipad pro by manually transferring the save file. Not sure on which subforum I found the post.
