Cannot recall

Hi, when I loan players out, I always put in a clause allowing me to recall them, but when i try to do it, the recall button is greyed out, even if I've not asked for a fee. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Are you within a transfer window? Recalls generally don't work outside an active transfer window.
