Trying to change squad rules for a league, testing brings up lots of U21/U19 minimum team errors that I didn't introduce? How to solve?

Hi, so I'm trying to make the Allsvenskan require 3 players trained in the nation instead of 9 in the match day squad. I changed the relevant value and saved, with no other changes at all, but on testing I get this:

I didn't edit these areas or introduce these errors at all. I tried reloading the database and just immediately testing with the basic rules, and the errors still appear, so they seem to either be in the default game data or are added when adding the rules.

What am I supposed to do to make the changes I want to make? I'm not even touching the minimum team numbers or U21/U19 leagues, I only added advanced rules and changed one value, and I can't verify the change with these errors, nor do I know if these errors are somehow new and would break the game.

Hello, there are currently bugs in the editor when testing the rules. Did you try to load the database into the game? You can export it (it will save as xml) and try to load it.

Thanks for your reply, I tried to export in the editor (Made the change in Advanced Rules > Export > Saved) but the .xml shows with the warning sign about it being unverified too:
