Multiple Language Preferences, one for each save

Hello - I have two saves going, one in Spain and one in France. In order to help with the immersion factor, is there a way to change the game's language for each save separately, and have the Spanish save in Spanish and French in French? If I change the language in Preferences, it changes the language across all saves, so I'd have to change it each time, which is a pain.
