"Password is incorrect" when trying to take control of manager in online game

Hello,

today my friend while we were on an online game had a crash on his FM. He reloaded it and when he tried to join the game again and wrote his password got the message "password is incorrect" and now he cannot take over again his team.

Is there any solution to this as we don't want to start a new game over.

I believe the password may be stored in a text file. If so it might be worth checking through your SIgames folders to see if you can track it down. He may have set it up slightly differently but if memory serves because there is no way for SI to help you with recovering such a password putting it in a text file is the only way to offer recovery.

Well, i tried the 0profile and the pass field has nothing in there =\
