Herolover
Like the title says. My teams moral is great, all in the green with up pointed arrows, and I do not think it can get better. I have won 7 of my last 8 games and are currently 2nd in the league. We have 6 games left and play (18 points) and we play the #1 team in the next to last match. I figure if we just get 10 more points we can ensure automatic promotion. So, is it worth it to have a team meeting and tell the team to push for promotion? From previous years of playing I say no, the only thing that could happen is I make someone mad and moral goes down. But am I missing something? IbrahimAliMaher
Did your staff suggest you do? If so and it's ahead of a big game then probably worthwhile to try and take the pressure off, otherwise why would you?
FrazT
If there has not been a notification that it could be of benefit, I would say no to a team meeting- the chance of a negative reaction for some unknown reason is too high.
