Enhanced player biography / Career path via U23/u18 management

These may seem separate unrelated feature requests. but bear with me.

The game currently allows your manager to delegate pretty much everything and it is possible, if you wish, to delegate everything bar management of the youth teams.  So management of youth teams is possible technically - it just isn't a supported play mode.  It is not a valid career path in game and yet is a very common route from playing to managing IRL.  I would suggest that recruitment to U23/u18 management posts becomes a possibility and this can lead to reputation increases (and job offers elsewhere), promotion to management of the first team etc.

Associated with this is the possibility of starting by managing the U23/U18 team of the club you were a player at. But how do we know this?

This is where the enhanced biography comes into play. If you choose experience international you currently get text giving you number of international appearances and goals for your country as part of your biography, but nothing about which clubs you played for - so let's expand this.

Based on geography, age and experience, generate a playing career - so recruited as a youth to a local team and depending on playing experience randomly choose one team, few teams or journey man careers. For internationals make sure this includes a top tier club(s) for major nation nationalities and second tier leagues, or top tier in minor nations where the player is an international for a minor nation..

So we now have a potential manager with a playing history - this is interesting and immersion building for its own sake, but then we look at managerial options.

On reviewing the playing history you could opt to 'start from final career club' or 'start from random career club'  - this would install you as the U23/u18 manager of a team you already have history with.  The normal choose random club and start unemployed would also gain an option to include u23/u18 management offers.

This would also open up new doors for people playing journeyman saves as it allows you to go from managing lower league, jumping to a much higher league as u23 or u18 manager and then taking the reins of a first team via a different path to that normally offered by the game.

Limiting what you are able to do as the u23/u18 is already in game via the delegation system, so implementation should be possible by locking out options inappropriate to the role.
