First time post on here But think it would be good if we can start our Managerial careers at a younger age than 50 years old. Say we can start at 28 or 29 years old also if we choose a young age like this that we could also have played 50 - 100 games for your favoured club so it makes it look like you were a player and retired through injury or something plus also add a picture of yourself for a profile picture when you hit manager profile

When you set up your manager profile at the start of a game, there is an option there to set your age and I think that you can start as young as 25
