save game required Youth Players agreed contract disappearing every time I quit out

Hi,

A few 16 year old's I have at my club have agreed pre-contracts, however if I save, quit out and load then the pre-contract agreement disappears. This means they are able "Approach to Signed" by other clubs. 

This happens every time I save and load, no matter how many times I've made an agreement with them or how ludicrous the contract is.

This occurs for any player who came through my Youth Intake. It doesn't occur for players poached from other teams.

I have also tried to make their initial contract offer a full-time contract (thus avoiding ever putting them on a Youth Contract) however the same occurs.

I am not sure what will occur when they turn 17 - I'll update when it happens.

same issue mate now on both fm20 and fm21 this has been happening to me i don't even have to do anything just happens even if i stay in game its really annoying me now that i may stop playing.

when 17 they sign and its on a full contract n stops this but i literally have to offer like 30 contracts while still 16. I've done both ways too and it only happens for me not other teams

Thanks for the feedback. 

This isn't something I have seen before. If you have a save game from just before you offer one of the players in question a contract could you please upload it to our cloud service. Also letting us know the name of the player in question so we can try to reproduce it.
