IanZG
Is it possible to make for example a 4-2-3-1 formation with 2 wide AMs who will not play wide but rather cut inside and play as the 2nd and 3rd striker?
TheBetterHalf
I play just that formation and have no problem in doing so. I play with normal width, with the play "mixed"" . My key is that I use a FC targetman, set to run on to ball, that I give Rarely in forward runs, (mixed on the others depeding on situation) and HUB and Free role. This way he kind of drifts, making his movements, sideways creating space for the wingers to move into as the FC drawes the attention of - draw them onto to him, getting them out of position - not only the nearest DC but also the closest fullback. This way the 2 wide AMs cut inside, having about 70 & of my CCC´s in every match( normally 5 out of 7 ) My main point here is to show you what I think the ME is up to when it comes to movement...that the main focus, the key, is to create space. KevinYesComps
If you reduce crossing to never they will cut inside more often
