Agree on you: Personally I miss things like: Work within wage budget Maintain the clubs status of the most reputable team in nationx Expand stadium Increase commercial revenue Developing youth players using the academy Signing young talents under the age of 23 Signing player from nationalityx And you? Yeah, I agree with your list. Right now it's just mostly limited to playing attacking/entertaining football. Build a new stadium would be nice. Something to work towards. Even Real Madrid has a policy they don't give new multiannual contracts to players aged above 30. They made exceptions for Ronaldo and Ramos though.. In the last 6 months of his contract I could offer Dries Mertens no more than 6 months (till June). This meant you almost always lost him in the first season through no fault of your own.
