add key staff in llm. All teams go into debt

I read everywhere that you should add key staff when you manage in llm. I did a test run in 5th division germany and come february, all the clubs are in debt because they can't afford the wages of the key staff. Is this normal or a bug? Or should you just really not add any key staff?

Well, I haven't managed in the 5th tier of Germany, but in the 5th tier in England, finances at that level are real dicey.  If you want a robust back room staff you generally have to make sure you are drastically cutting player salaries to compensate.  If you check the box to add key staff, you are going to add staff to every club that they are not able to get out from under until those contracts expire and they didn't budget for that since it was forced onto them.
