Match plans - The assistant manager makes changes during the match if anything is set in the match plans

hey guys,

I've tried to setup some match plans, however this feature is ruined by the assistant who makes substitutes if any 'instructions' are set in the plans.

Why does he do that tho'? he is not in charge of anything in the Responsibilities (match) section. 

This part of the 'feature' should be removed, or at least inform the manager (me) about the incoming change and allow me to overwrite it.

as you see above, i've set just a mentality change depending on score, why is my assistant making changes?
