is it worth making club legends staff after they retire?

well here is the thing i have 3 players that are going to retire next season and when i look at their staff attributes they are all 1 star or 1.5 star rated in staff roles

now my question is over the years will they improve a lot? or will it be more minimal improvement to something like 2-3 stars only? most of them have 16-20 determination btw

 

just to note the players are sergio ramos, luke modric, marcelo

With Coaching Badges they can improve significantly. I've had CR7 improve from a 0.5 star rating to a 4 star in Fitness and Possession.
