under review Email from DoF says youth player's club is asking for too much (youth intake)

The player in question is a youth player that has been added as part as my youth intake. He's already part of my club but without a contract, so the club (Bayern Munich) is also the club I manage. How can we be asking for a transfer fee from ourselves? I presume, after trying to speak to the player myself in contract negotiations, is that the DoF refused to pay his wage demands (15k p.w).

Hi @LuckyConquerer2, thank you for your post on this. As you suggest it looks like the reason given for the failure appears misleading and it should be related to wage demands.

It is now under review internally.
