needs more info Unable to save anything due to cloud problem

Hi all,

The second time I started the game and tried to save tactics, game, ecc I saw 0.0 mb of space available and I received the error “not enough cloud storage”. Yesterday I had 1024 mb and now 0. How is it possible?

Hi both, thank you for your posts on this. 

We have not encountered this issue here, would it be possible to provide any additional information to help us with our investigation such as what platform you are playing on, how many leagues loaded etc.

We would recommend in the first instance uninstalling and re-installing the game and seeing if that resolves the issue and reporting back.
