Laggy Match Engine Since Update

Not sure whether or not this has affected anybody else, but ever since the recent update the match engine has been majorly laggy despite my laptop having “5* 3D graphics capability”...

 

Anybody offer an insight as to why this is happening and how I may be able to fix it. 
 

It used to run perfect on high and now jitters even on very low.

Playing on a MacBook Pro so can’t really apply any of the settings in the link

yeah is happening here too, tried all the steps and nothing works. same with my bro. even does it on low settings even though graphics card is 5 stars. never happened before update, reckon it must be update related as seen quite a few posts on the bugs forum.

Some users have reported issues with custom skins since the last update- check if it is still happening with the default skin.
